✅ Live Video Coaching & Online Safety

• Hero Rise Academy offers live video coaching sessions where kids engage in fitness activities, mindfulness exercises, and superhero training.

• Parental consent is required for participation in live coaching.

• Sessions are conducted in a safe, supervised environment, but Hero Rise Academy is not responsible for unsupervised participation at home.

• Participants should wear appropriate attire and ensure they are in a safe, open space for movement.

✅ Recording & Media Use

• Live sessions will NOT be recorded or shared publicly to protect participant privacy.

• Parents/guardians agree that if a participant voluntarily shares feedback, achievements, or testimonials, they may be used for promotional purposes (with consent).

✅ Parental Responsibility

• Guardians must ensure their child is in a safe, quiet environment for live coaching.

• Hero Rise Academy is not liable for technical issues, interruptions, or injuries sustained during participation.
